En el contexto de la próxima votación para definir la nueva representación sindical de los trabajadores de la planta de autopartes Tridonex en Matamoros el día 28 de febrero de 2022 por parte de 1,632 trabajadores, se han venido presentando diversas presiones en forma de acosos, intento de compra de votos, despidos injustificados y hasta detenciones en represalia por respaldar este nuevo sindicato.

Matamoros, Tamaulipas.- En el contexto de la próxima votación para definir la nueva representación sindical de los trabajadores de la planta de autopartes Tridonex en Matamoros el día 28 de febrero de 2022 por parte de 1,632 trabajadores, se han venido presentando diversas presiones en forma de acosos, intento de compra de votos, despidos injustificados y hasta detenciones en represalia por respaldar este nuevo sindicato.

El Sindicato de Trabajadores Industriales de Plantas Maquiladoras y Ensambladoras (SITPME), quien los han venido representando (de manera ilegal ya que fueron afiliados sin su consentimiento) no ha actuado ante los míseros salarios y ante los despidos por lo que no han sido capaces de dar justicia laboral a los afiliados de dicha planta.

En junio de 2020 fue detenida injustamente Susana Prieto Terrazas, abogada laboral quien desde 2019 inició una revuleta obrera que se extendió a un centenera de empresas en la región incluída Tridonex. Pasada la revuelta fundó el Sindicato Nacional Independiente de Trabajadores de Industrias y Servicios (SNITIS); Fue liberada un mes después.

En un primer momento la votación para la afiliación a un nuevo sindicato sería el lunes 21 de febrero de 2022 pero fue aplazada por la Junta Federal de Conciliación y Arbitraje.
La secretaria general del SNITIS, Rosario Moreno pide preciso escrutinio de autoridades mexicanas y estadounidenses para garantizar una votación libre y justa ya que se sienten desprotegidos.

En el Movimiento Nacional De Usuarios y la Alianza Nacional de Usuarios de la Energía Eléctrica condenamos la precarización de trabajo y el hostigamiento que se viene haciendo ante las muestras de respaldo al SNITIS y nos pronunciamos por total vigilancia para la independencia en la votación del 28 de febrero de 2022.

¡Fuera sindicatos corruptos! ¡Fuera el charrismo!

    There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
