Ciudad de México 7 de septiembre de 2022.- Trabajadores de Mexicana de Aviación fueron desalojados de la instalaciones del Aeropuerto Internacional De la Ciudad de México (AICM) la madrugada del pasado 2 de septiembre a cargo de miembros de la secretaría de Marina.

La Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT) dio un comunicado argumentando que el motivo del desalojo fue que se les pidieron permisos para llevar a cabo el comercio dentro del ACIM, otro argumento es que ocasionan inseguridad para los usuarios y además practican competencia desleal al comercio del AICM a lo cual el licenciado Joaquín Ortega, representante legal de los trabajadores de Mexicana de Aviación ha respondido enérgicamente que no hay ninguna sustentación de ninguna especie ante una voluntad manifiesta durante 10 años de permitirles a los compañeros poner en funcionamiento una cafetería en el lugar donde se hacía la compra de boletos para poder subsistir en todos estos años de paro.

Elementos de la Marina desalojan la cafetería de los extrabajadores del AICM

El desalojo de trabajadores de Mexicana de Aviación se da en este contexto neoliberal de desmantelar empresas del estado con el fin de privatizarlas. En un primer momento Mexicana de Aviación fue prácticamente rematada por el Instituto de Protección al Ahorro Bancario (IPAB), encargado de llevar a cabo la venta, ya que de estar valuada por ellos mismos en 1,546 millones de dólares fue vendida a Grupo Posadas en tan solo 165 millones de dólares. Esto se explica al descontarle los 275 millones de dólares del Fondo de Pensiones Jubilaciones y Retiros y descontarle 29 millones de dólares más de deuda neta llevándose a cabo un robo.

Al momento de la venta de Mexicana de Aviación, Santiago Creel era miembro del Consejo de Administración de Grupo Posadas y recién había terminado su mandato como Secretario de Gobernación

Ya en ese momento se dividió a Mexicana en siete pequeñas empresas que se vendieron junto con la perdida fiscal que había acumulado mexicana lo cual significa para el comprador no tener que pagar impuestos en los periodos siguientes. Tres de esas empresas se le vendieron a Grupo Salinas incluyendo la Marca : «Grupo Mexicana de Aviación», lo cual está prohibido estando el concurso mercantil.

Después de desmantelar a Mexicana de Aviación en 7 empresas el siguiente paso fue empezar a endeudar a la empresa de una manera irracional con el pretexto de compensar las pérdidas por la pandemia. BANCOMEXT prestó 800 millones de dólares a través de Banorte con la condición de que si no pagaba todos los ingresos líquidos (productos de la venta de boletos y lo que ingresara) sería embargado por las dos empresas.

Prohibido el paso en la zona donde extrabajadores de Mexicana de Aviación tenían su cafetería.

En el robo no solamente quitaron recursos de Mexicana, Grupo Posadas compró Mexicana con un descuento que se le hizo del Fondo de Pensiones y Jubilaciones y Retiros de los trabajadores equivalente a 275 millones de dólares que constituían ese fondo se le perdonaron del precio con tal de que lo restituyeran y como no ocurrió así, los compañeros de Mexicana estallaron en huelga sin jubilación desde el 28 de agosto de 2010.

En aquel momento se dio que todos los bienes confiscados a Mexicana de Aviación conquistadas durante tres generaciones se quedaran en manos de Aeromexico, incluido espacios de aterrizaje y despegue, rutas de aeronavegación.

El paro ha afectado a más de 900 compañeros que se quedaron en el abandono después de que les robaron su fondo de jubilaciones y pensiones y de que la SCT siempre ha parecido reacia a que se les restituya.

Los trabajadores de Mexicana de Aviación pensaban que con la promesa transformadora de este gobierno podría repararse el daño ya que los derechos siguen intactos ya que los jueces han dicho que Mexicana sigue siendo titular de los espacios de aterrizaje y despegue así como de las rutas de aeronavegación que son derechos derivados de su título de concesión.

Lo primero que hizo este gobierno fue quitarles a los compañeros la posibilidad de tener ingresos derivados de la explotación de los almacenes 17 y 18 del aeropuerto Benito Juárez siendo que están abandonados. De estos almacenes fiscalizados se pudieron recuperar 29 millones de pesos que se distribuyeron entre los compañeros como pago de los últimos meses que Mexicana estuvo sin haber declarado el concurso mercantil que fue de agosto a noviembre de 2010.

La Secretaría de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT) es la encargada de resolver el concurso mercantil ya que fue la empresa que otorgó la concesión y sería la encargada de declarar la devolución de los derechos que le robaron y reclamarle a aerolíneas extranjeras 10 años de usufructo de esos derechos.

El licenciado Joaquín Ortega menciona que se piensa realizar una escalada jurídica para obligar a la SCT a contestar oportunamente y se les regresen las rutas, recuperar los almacenes fiscalizados y les sean pagados el fondo de pensiones y jubilaciones.
