Destruyen área natural protegida en Tepoztlán con consentimiento de autoridades

Tepoztlán, Morelos.- El pueblo de Tepoztlán denuncia actos de corrupción por parte del grupo de comuneros ilegal de San Juan conformado por: Lucio Cuevas, Francisco Almazán y Efraín Medina, quienes están abriendo una brecha de 10m de ancho con dirección San Juan – paraje «San Jerónimo», mediante el cual pretenden justificar dicha brecha para poder bajar de San Juan a San Jerónimo a la altura de Meztitla, con el pretexto de dar mantenimiento a sus bombas de agua, y a su paso están derribando todo tipo de arboles y flora existentes, así como removiendo el suelo, practicando desmonte el cual NO está permitido.
Así mismo, se tiene conocimiento de que todos los terrenos de San Jerónimo con rumbo a San Juan ya tienen propietarios y todos están cerrados y/o cercados a pesar de ser área forestal «bosque» y áreas naturales protegidas, personas involucradas en este proyecto afirman que esta brecha es con la finalidad de que con posterioridad se vendan todos estos terrenos, pues este grupo de comuneros siguen robando las tierras de Tepoztlán y ofertando las mismas al mejor postor, y siguen expidiendo constancias bajo resguardo a sus amigos y familiares, así mismo este grupo de comuneros están siendo cobijados por una funcionaria de la COMISIÓN NACIONAL DE ÁREAS NATURALES PROTEGIDAS «CONANP» originaria de San Juan Tlacotenco, de nombre Georgina Sandoval.
Pesé a las constantes denuncias por parte de la ciudadanía se siguen violando los decretos constitucionales pues al parecer existen acuerdos entra la empresa VISE que opera la construcción «DESTRUCCIÓN» de parte de algunos cerros y derribó de arboles, pues con la venia del edil de Tepoztlán, estos están operando fuera de la poligonal de construcción de la autopista ilegal.
Vecinos son testigos de la entrada y salida de camiones de la empresa VISE, y que la misma está excavando los bancos para extraer recursos naturales y ser utilizados en la ampliación de la autopista, es decir, están haciendo «banqueo», y cabe resaltar que el banqueo NO está permitido.
Están convocando urgentemente al pueblo de San Juan Tlacotenco para que juntos enfrenten estos actos ecocidas y detengan este tipo de acciones que están dañando a nuestro medio ambiente en Tepoztlán ya que están acabando con un área que sirve de carga para los mantos acuíferos de la zona.
A la fecha ni la CONANP, PROFEPA NI LA SEMARNAT se han pronunciado ante estos actos ecocidas, para frenar, clausurar y sancionar a los infractores. Cabe resaltar que se habla de acuerdos entre el edil Tepozteco y la empresa VISE, pues el mismo los deja operar a cambio de la construcción de una capilla en el Rancho de su familia que se encuentra en esta parte colindante al Jaguey, así como de posibles acuerdos y gratificaciones económicas.
TEPOZTLÁN DESPIERTA» NECESITAMOS UN MOVIMIENTO COMO CUANDO EL CLUB DE GOLF y/o LA QUINTA PIEDRA para sacar a este grupo de DELINCUENTES, pues los mismos siguen ofertando constancias a particulares en ÁREAS NATURALES PROTEGIDAS.
En el Movimiento Nacional de Usuarios condenamos el el abuso, la corrupción y el uso de Áreas Naturales Protegidas para usos comerciales y exigimos a las autoridades que protejan el patrimonio de todo el pueblo en Tepoztlán así como que paren el tráfico de influencias, la corrupción y la impunidad de autoridades.
