¡Se hizo historia! SNITIS gana su primer elección sindical tras arrasar en votación de la empresa TRIDONEX

A tres años de vida y luego de arduas luchas el SNITIS gana por fin su primera elección sindical con la victoria de la empreza automotris TRIDONEX.

Matamoros, Tamaulipas.- A tres años de lucha, de impotencia, de ser boletinados, de no conseguir subsistencia diaria para sus familias y a pesar de la compra de votos descarada (por $500 pesos, más de 100 porros rodeando las entradas de las votaciones en las plantas) se consiguió un resultado avasallador con más del 90% de votos de la elección de la empresa TRIDONEX para el SNITIS con lo cual obtiene, por fin, su primer contrato colectivo de trabajo y vaya contrato el que se obtuvo, nada más y nada menos que Tridonex, ‘la joya de la Corona de Mendoza‘. Esto es un paso histórico en la lucha obrera del norte de México.

El Sindicato Independiente Nacional de Trabjadores y Trabajadoras de la Industria Automotriz (SNITIS) Movimiento 20/32 obtuvo 1,1126 votos por 176 del SITPME de la CTM quien los venía ‘representando’, con lo cual un 80.4% del total del padrón de trabajadores participó en la votación.

Más de 90 años de la CTM extorsionado trabajadores, timándolos, extorsionándolos y dejándolos solos se acabaron por fin, al menos para los trabajadores de TRIDONEX. Es tiempo de que los trabajadores levanten la cabeza; se viene una nueva era del sindicalismo. De lo que se trata ahora es de obtener justicia. Esto es sólo un primer paso para que se siga trabajando y estar comprometidos.

Si se gana tridonex las demás empresas se irán como piezas de ajedréz

El SNITIS viene fuerte pues ya se está pensando en revisar los contratos colectivos de trabajo de empresas como TRICON, AFX, Parker y Panasonic en Reynosa.

La lider sindical del SNITIS Susana Prieto Terrazas comentó en entrevista para el medio En Un 2×3 Tamaulipas que con este triunfo le estan dando a los trabajadores un nuevo sendero por el cual caminar para que tengan una mejor vida, para que su dinero sea mejor invertido, para que sus cuotas se vayan en becas para sus hijos en guarderías, en centros de recreación, escuelas y de todo lo que los privaron los líderes charros que se estuvieron enriqueciendo con su dinero o en una de esas financiado políticos o sus campañas.

En la lucha se sufre, eso no se puede evitar. Un mes en la cárcel no me dobló, estancarnos tantos juicios, el prohibirme trabajar, el haberme expatriado, ni criminalizar mi persona ni el movimiento tampoco.

Los trabajdores estaban felices y eufóricos, ayer martes 1ro de marzo gritaban efusivos: ¡Susana escucha, ganamos esta lucha! y ¡Se ve, se siente, Susana está presente!

El Movimiento Nacional de Usuarios y la ANUEE felicitan a los trabajadores por este resultado y por este gran paso en la lucha por justicia social de todos y los seguiremos acompañando en su lucha sindical.
