Fue un atentado, no un simple accidente de tránsito

El pasado 23 de junio de 2022, al circular en su motocicleta por la Avenida Vasco de Quiroga, en San Luis Potosí, México, alrededor de las 9:30 de la noche, la compañera Gabriela Abigail Wong Rodríguez y su compañera de viaje Tania fueron brutalmente embestidas y a propósito por una camioneta cuyo conductor se dio a la fuga.

Gracias a que unas personas que fueron testigos de lo que inicialmente parecía un accidente, acudieron en su auxilio y mientras una de ellas ve que las compañeras se encuentren bien, su esposo da alcance a la camioneta que ya se encontraba en un domicilio cercano y les exige que regresen a responder a las compañeras que quedaron postradas en el asfalto.

Sale un buen número de personas y señalan como conductor a una persona de avanzada edad y junto con él, regresan al lugar de los hechos.
Minutos más tarde llega la patrulla No. 2742 de la Guardia Civil Estatal como primeros respondientes y se ponen a cargo de los hechos.

Desde el primer momento demostraron una irregular inclinación hacia la asesoría y defensa de la persona que causó el supuesto accidente y se sumaron a las agresiones que los familiares del supuesto causante de los hechos infringían a las compañeras al decirle por ejemplo a la compañera Gabriela Wong frases como «pues ya levántate mija pa’ que le haces tanto al cuento « y cosas así. En virtud de esto la compañera Gabriela Wong pidió a su papá, su hermano y la compañera Blanca a qué se acercarán a apoyarla.

Cuando los compañeros llegaron pudieron comprobar que ya en total descaro el oficial de la patrulla antes mencionada, le pedía a lo causantes del accidente y familiares que no apoyaran en nada a las compañeras que dejarán que los mandarán llamar de la fiscalía y que en todo caso allá vieran si tenían que pagar algo.

Obviamente los compañeros le reclamaron por no dar, por ejemplo, esa asesoría en favor de las víctimas y le exigieron hiciera su trabajo de manera objetiva, pero era más que evidente que esa no era la intención o la instrucción que llevaba. Así quedó manifestado y escrito en el reporte por parte de la compañera Tania.

Más tarde llega un perito en la patrulla 2683, diciendo que el no actuaría a favor de nadie pero que creía que era mejor que se arreglaran ahí en el lugar, se le explicó con toda claridad que en alguien que se da a la fuga no se puede confiar y que necesitamos que se actuará conforme a derecho.
Al lugar acudió personal de tránsito municipal y fueron despedidos por los primeros respondientes diciendo que ya ellos se estaban haciendo cargo.

Después de mucho presionar se logró que el supuesto autor del supuesto accidente fuera detenido y las compañeras mientras tanto estaban siendo atendidas, (a cuenta y costo del compañero Miguel Angel Wong, porque atendiendo el consejo del oficial no se hicieron cargo de absolutamente nada ) en una clínica cercana.

Antes de que se agotarán los términos de ley, y ya fuera del hospital la compañera Gabriela Wong acude ante el ministerio público a ratificar lo que correspondía y es ahí donde podemos darnos cuenta que todo el aparato del Estado está a favor del causante del daño.

A 10 días de los hechos, después de atender lo que un proceso normal requiere, de informar de los hechos al Subsecretario de Gobernación y de que se dan cualquier cantidad de vueltas a las instancias encargadas y al ver qué hay omisión por parte del ministerio público, que el peritaje está manoseando y por la actitud del oficial primer respondiente, podemos deducir que no fue un accidente sino un atentado en contra de la compañera Gabriela Abigail Wong Rodríguez.

Exigimos Justicia para nuestra compañera, que se atienda la reparación de los daños a su persona y vehículo, y que se difundan estos hechos de los que hacemos totalmente responsable al gobierno del Estado por el atentado a nuestra compañera ya que entendemos que es parte de la campaña de persecución del Estado en contra de nuestra organización.

Condenamos la actuación de los poderes de impartición de justicia, en el Estado, por tratar de manipular los peritajes como un simple accidente de tránsito. Exigimos esclarecimiento de los hechos por parte de los impartidores de justicia y castigo a los responsables de está agresión hacia nuestras compañeras.

Hoy el Estado burgués atenta contra aquellos y aquellas qué tienen una posición de clase del lado del pueblo y los trabajadores. No sólo condenamos sino pedimos castigo a los culpables.
