Asunción Nochixtlán, Oaxaca, 14 de julio de 2022.-Han transcurrido más de seis años desde la masacre del 19 de junio de 2016 y aunque ha sido permanente nuestra exigencia de justicia y verdad, el gobierno de Andrés Manuel López Obrador no ha respondido a esa exigencia legítima de las víctimas de Nochixtlán.

Durante estos 6 años el enemigo de nuestra lucha ha sido la indiferencia del Estado Mexicano, quien ha intentado dejar en el olvido la masacre que quiso dar un escarmiento al movimiento magistral y popular que se alzó contra la reforma educativa de Enrique Peña Nieto.

La desatención del Estado Mexicano no sólo ha sido en cuanto a nuestra exigencia de justicia y verdad, sino también a la exigencia de atención médica y psicológica de las víctimas que resultaron heridas por los disparos de arma de fuego y quienes resultaron afectados por los gases lacrimógenos utilizados durante el operativo.

Las secuelas de la masacre en las víctimas de Nochixtlán son más visibles que nunca y en tal sentido denunciamos que nuestro compañero C.H.S. quien fue herido por disparo de arma de fuego tuvo una complicación de salud por la bala que mantenía alojada en su cuerpo desde aquel 19 de juni, sin embargo hasta estos momentos la Comisión Ejecutiva de Atención a Víctimas (CEAV) ha sido omisa en brindar la atención médica a nuestro compañero.

El burocratismo e ineptitud de la CEAV ha sido una constante durante estos 6 años. Ha incumplido con sus obligaciones que la Ley General de Víctimas establece, poniendo en riesgo la vida de nuestro compañero C.H.S.

Responsabilizamos a la Comisión Ejecutiva de Atención a Víctimas (CEAV) a la Comisión Nacional de Derechos Humanos (CNDH), al Gobierno Federal y al Gobierno del Estado de Oaxaca de cualquier complicación de salud y de la propia vida de nuestro compañero C.H.S.
